Set within four acres of grounds, overlooking the village church of North Woodchester, only 2  miles from Stroud train station (90 mins to London). The house is set back from any busy roads, allowing tranquil privacy, and from its elevated position it has uninterrupted views over village rooftops to the valley beyond.

The Georgian frontage was added in 1842. Its high ceilings, original floorboards and full-height sash windows boast the grandeur you’d expect from the period, but with a modern twist on interior design. The main reception rooms and stylish black dining room are all south facing at the front of the property.

Set over two floors, with the additional basement running the length of the house, it has 5 double bedrooms, 3 reception rooms, a mill-house kitchen, and a fabulous dining room.
